Miata Soft top and weather stripping

I hate to create another thread so soon but I've been searching all morning for answers. I guess I'm not using the right keywords.

My first problem I discovered when I was driving in the snow. I was getting hit in the face with snow when I was speeding up. There is a gap between the top and the back of the door of my miata. I tried to get a picture but it's not coming out as clear as I want it. I'm almost thinking the top latches need adjustment. While looking for where the snow was coming from I noticed that the sides of my top and it looks like its shrinking away from the windows and the middle is developing ridges. Any ideas?

Could be time for a new soft top, with the door closed, does the rubber weather stripping not go below the rolled up window?

It rolls up tight. There are no leaks where the glass meets the rubber.

Do you see where the snow is coming in from?
