    Rims identity?

Please help me identify these rims? They are 15x7 4x100 25 ET. There is a "made in Japan" stamped at the back , JWL 7 and 1820 markings but no manufacturers logo. Thanks.

Jeez, they look just like Panasports, but Panasports would have raised "Panasport Racing" cast (raised) into the front of the wheel across from the valve stem. The rear look like Panasports too.

Are your wheels sandblasted? Could someone have ground down the marking on the front side of the wheel?

Below is a picture of my 15x7 Panasport wheel. I'm trying to decide a center color... But, it looks very similar to yours.

Not all Panasports have the raised lettering on the front.

True, but since these look like the Panasport Ultalight design, they would have the raised lettering. Look how the bolt pattern intersects with the raised center bore, the shape of the lip, how sharply the center drops off between the spokes, and the small ridge towards the back of the rim barrel. To me these look like Panasport wheels, and if you can get them for less money by arguing that they are not, then win/win. Point is, they are gonna look killer on a Miata.

Yes they are sandblasted. Would $350 be a good deal? They weigh 17 lbs. and if they are Panasport this would be a street version? Would a BBK fit in them?

    Thanks guys.

My 15x7 set weigh in at 16 lbs each, so that sounds close enough. $350 sounds good, offer $300 and see what they say. Also have you seen them in person? I would need to see them up close. I say that, because they are supposed to have a polished lip... if they bead blasted it, how does it look now?

003.jpg They could be Konig Rewinds. I had them on my Datsun 280Z.

No, they couldn't. Except for having 8 spokes those wheels look nothing alike.
