I ended up using oem fog lights because they were available and came with the brackets and wiring harness

I also installed the factory cruise control. I didnt take any pictures while in the process because it was kind of a pain. But I will take some for s/gs later anyways.
so my car also did not come with any wiring for fog lights from the factory.
only cruise control, so that part was a breeze.
But the wiring for the fogs did require some creative routing. And I had to figure out a place for the button since mine was cruise only. No combo switch. Which I'll post some pics of later
