They're worldwide, supposedly they're tougher to find outside of the US but I see plenty of guys in other countries scoring them pretty regularly. However it's probably the same as it is here, be there first or miss out on the HTF cars like THs and Super THs.

regular TH cars are fairly common as well outside the US. But Super TH cars, I've only ever found 1 in the UK and it was from a box of US imported stock (US case code). I have yet to see a Super at a normal supermarket or toy store. I actually thought they simply did not come on short cards till a few months back when someone in the US posted one on reddit.
