sooooooooooo now the upset. i go to turn into the gas station and a mid 90s chevy runs right into the rear. this is the vary first drive less then a 1/4 mile from where i did the swap

this is the part where the insurance company tells me that my car isn't worth fixing but if i want to keep the car they will give me a check for $1800. so i took the money and started looking around for a new Miata. after about a week i decided that im not giving up on this car!

picked up a trunk lid and finish panel from a guy down south for $150.then tail lights for $55 only problem is the color.

so after a lot and i mean a lot of hammer and dead blow work i got it pulled out half way decent! tail light mounts up good and the trunk is bolted down. but its good enough for me.

and i ordered and received my new wheels and tires. my lovely wife got me coils for Christmas but i haven't gotten around to putting them on just yet!

i got excited and ordered top hats for the coils and a steering wheel and quick release. both nrg. the release is a v2 and the wheel is a 310mm

the wheel is sitting on a table that me and the wife made out of beer caps and other things laying around. its of topic but i can post pictures if you guys want to see.

i installed a shifter extension , short antenna and a infoucus shift boot. i don't have pictures of them but ill get some soon

the weather has been so bad i had a buddy finish the coil install!! jays performance is awesome. you guys should look his site up.

my wife picked up a 94 Honda civic hatch with a built single cam motor and this seat. she didn't like the seat so its going in the Miata soon. im going to hard mount it to the floor so i can get it as low as possible.

im still having tps issues so i have to figure that one out. unplugged it runs fine , plugged in it runs like $hit!

Those single cam motors can be very surprising when built.
