I am installing my Illumina shocks and FM springs today and was wondering if anyone had an experience with this set up? What would be the most comfortable setting to use for a daily driver on mostly crappy roads?

Full-soft settings on adjustable dampers for daily driving. Stiffen them when you want to go get rowdy.

Advice heeded! All of them are dialed in to full soft, just waiting for replacement ball joints to get to me. Can't wait to get it on the road. Full soft won't give too much if I decided to get spontaneously rowdy on some turns?
Nah. You may feel more roll, but that's about it. Try out different settings if you want, go with what feels best for your preferences.

I used #3 in the front and #2 in the rear with FM springs. It's all personal preference.
What is the advantage of having things stiffer in the front or rear?
Weight transfer under braking or trying to get the rear to rotate with less effort, etc.

I guess I'm just the crazy one here but I'm 5f/4r. These things are soft, anything below 3 and body control is just flat out boring, especially in low speed situations like we all encounter in our commutes through the city. Miatas are all about momentum driving around town, they love second gear scoots out of corners, especially with an LSD to get the power down.
Xidas (800f/500r) and FCM 3040's ride surprisingly better than this spring/shock combo at medium settings. Really gives you a wake up call.
