Originally I had "planned" to build either a 95M, 96M, 97M or 91BRG and swap all my minty fresh tan parts over. I was going to have the tan dash professionally stripped and repainted like I did with the current 93LE dash, but I dont have an extra Miata with Tan interior. Also I have like zero freetime anymore, and its expensive as heck just building one Miata to my OCD standards. So my dreams of building an additional Miata with tan interior are slowing fading away as more and more time goes by Drive down here with a U-Haul, I still have the tan Leather Nakamae Seats, a new-old-stock OEM Tan closed loop carpet still sealed in the bag, and some other killer tan build stuff, Nardi wood steering wheel, shifter, e-brake yadda yadda.

No. A little endurance racing crew experience. I can't stand energy drinks.

Don't like those drinks. Even if I could drink them. I'm slowing as I age, though.

    Bummer about the dent.

I had the infamous water sloshing in the driver's side rocker on the 92B&T. About a cup of water came out when I opened up the drain holes. We've had a lot of rain here over the last several days.

Decided to install the NRG quick release, see if it was as awkward driving with it as I'm thinking it will be. Seems to be too close to me, and puts the wheel far from the turn switch. Will find out tomorrow.

Still have the toss-up between the NRG and Works QR. Love the critique. Thanks! Might have to wait for 'Malooza' and sit behind some installed with with seating to see what fits my style.

I started taking apart spare valve train components ahead of the spare engine rebuild. I began with a set of 8 HLAs I had pulled last week.

Not a big update, but I did install a set of locking (keyed) lug nuts on the new wheels. And, getting prepared to install new coilovers and RB sway bars.

That is the kind of of update I like to see. And I hope I give once I get to start back on 'Noir'. Most people don't understand just what "extras" are involved when you swap/rebuild an engine. Book time was written at date of production with techs that assembled that exact car. Sparkly clean engine without 150K miles, corroded bolts and inches of gunk. Thanks KFJ! You have my respect and hope to get a chance to shake a fellow greasy hand one day!
