Do you know if I can buy two passenger sides and it'll be interchangeable for both sides?

Why do I need to order before the 30th? Man I hate how much the shipping is, I feel like I need to see if I should find out if there are other parts I need to order to justify the high shipping cost. Maybe its time to look up the parts i need for the 99 head swap on my 96.
