CAD File for NA Door card

Hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone has a DWG or DXF file for NA door cards? All the ones i've found online are either dead or incomplete

Think I have one, will check ... I'm assuming the UK and JDM cars had the same door cards as the US ones?
