I'll have to get you pics. tomorrow. But the only issue I have is that I'm lazy and haven't ordered new 'stops' for the latch on my belt after doing the rip-stop removal. (see the DIY thread where Randy explains it in detail.) Other than that they work fine. And I don't see the OEM / DOT approved belt conflicting with a full harness that will be installed soon, hopefully.

The buckle side is bolted to the seat frame and is level with the top of the seat. When I first mounted that side I over thought it. Chad had the right idea with just a nut that fits the OEM buckle mount. That way the buckle is the same place every time you go to plug it in.
