Hmmm….nobody mentioned anything about food during the track day. I know last time, had I not brought sandwiches for everyone, we would’ve starved. Should I prepare the same thing this time around? Since I know where Costco is, once we arrive to our final destination, Dan and I can stop by Costco after checking in and buy all the sammich goodies and prepare them just like we did in 2010. Let me know so I can start expensing for this. If all goes well, all I ask is $1 or $2 donation for the trouble. By doing this, it’ll save us time driving out to get food, unless they’re going to have a food truck come by.
