    Sudden mpg change

I've noticed that my 2015 MX-5 Grand Touring which has usually gotten 29-30 mpg has suddenly begun to get around 23 mpg with no change in the type of driving. The acceleration seems to have gotten a bit sluggish as well, but I may be imagining that as I consider the mpg change. Any insight into this change..?

So...at this point I am guessing bad gas. The car has returned to normal. Thanks to anyone who posted suggestions.

Did you travel far during that time where you bought the bad gas?
