Nardi 360mm steering wheel

So I've got a good condition black leather Nardi 360mm wheel with silver spokes. It seems that a nice used Nardi wheel like this will go anywhere between around $170-200.

The one I have would be just the wheel, without the horn button. What would be a fair value for it? How much would omitting the horn button deduct?

I have seen them go for $160 with horn button and ring. Minus those two items and assuming the metal and leather are in great shape, $140 - $150 (shipped) or less would be a good price. A Nardi horn button will cost someone $40, if found used and a replacement horn ring is $59 new.
