I'd like to have techs who is familiar with Miata working on it ,
Any auto repeair shops / Mazda techs guys recommended ?

Brakes are all the same. I'm sure you have somebody that has done them before. Should take about 15-30 min per corner and is really very simple. If you really want a shop to go to, go to Hiro's auto repair in costa Mesa and talk to Koji or Hideo and tell them Fred sent ya.
