CEL P0107 Barometric Low Input (Help?!)

So this is the second time my car has thrown this code. I've done a ton of research about it..

The first time, I checked my vacuum lines and they all seemed fine. So I bought a used Boost Sensor from VitaminD. That fixed my problem, but only for 1000 miles.

Now my CEL is on again for the P0107. But let me mention that I do periodically get a P0402 CEL too and I always just delete it. The P0107 just stays on, it won't erase after it comes on. So today, I've been sort of messing with the Boost Sensor and the Solenoid beside it.

Car starts to run rough and hesitate only after normal somewhat spirited driving of like 10 or so minutes. Then I go and unplug the boost sensor, leaving all the vacuum lines hooked up, and car runs fine.

I have previously cleaned the upper IM. Took it off and thoroughly cleaned it with the intake carb cleaner stuff (don't recall the exact name).

Now, what to do from here?!
