    DIY My radiator cover panel

Cleaning up my engine bay, im not sure if it has any true performance gains but it sure looks nice!! all you need is aluminum, jigsaw, 3 (6mmx20) bolts/washers!

i had some left over aluminum from my door panel project

i used a template from a friends car (do not use a cover panel that is branded by a company to trace!)

    basic shape is cut

step up bit for easy drilling for jigsaw to enter repeat for all holes/ spots for jigsaw

    first hole drilled

used jigsaw to enlarge the hole to the correct diameter

    before

    AFTER!!!!!
