I've futzed around town with three Hard Dog bars over the years.
There was a M2 Sport no diag in the '99. That one was nice, because it was totally stealth when the top was up. It also, obviously, didn't impair visibility at all. Saved my butt when the car got totaled out, too. At least I like to think it helped.
My '94 has one of the longer acronyms: HDHCHTM1DD or whatever. Despite what everyone says, those diagonals seriously get in my line of sight. Might just need to tear some more foam out of the seat or something.
My '90 has a HCM1SD. I love this bar. It looks atypical (not every bar in town looks like it), and I've learned to see "around" where the diag meets the main hoop.

    blah blah blah

Lol @ all the open post whoring going on in this thread.

In response to the single diagonal blocking the view of the rear view mirror. Honestly, I don't find it to be in the way much at all and it looks a lot better than the double diagonal. I daily mine with a single diagonal and you get used to it pretty quickly.

Probably why the bear was in the back. What would have been great is if it would have taken a couple steps back into the water! Dho! Post whore here!!!!! Flippy-meet up with me sometime soon if you haven't purchased a bar yet and you can see what it is like in my car.

No, I still don't have a bar. Honest truth, I sort of don't want one. Really don't see the need to drop 400-500 bucks when there are other things I can do with my car.
1990 Miata, she was red but now she is Spirit Green!
