Which photos would have had copyright violations? I don't get it, didn't everyone submit their own photos?

I just spammed the hell out of my calendar email account. Everyone who sent a pic should have something from me in their inbox.
Also, CafePress lifted the hold on the two pix. I tried ordering test calendars again. While I wait for them to either arrive out get canceled, I'll also set up another service or two.
I ran into something similar with CapitalOne when they had the "Design your own credit card" stuff back in the day... With putting a picture of MY car on it, they said that it was copyrighted because the image of the vehicle? Maybe?

Okay. Got my fingers crossed that Cafepress will actually sell these...

There's two calendars - The Photo Cover Version and the Logo Cover Version. Each calendar has its own theme. The photo cover version has cars parked and posing. The logo cover version has more track cars.
The user interface on cafepress sucks worse and worse each year. This time, they've taken away the individual month views on the main product page. To see the cars in each calendar, click the red View Calendar Pages link and you get a popup.
To get a calendar that starts in January, you'll have to use the Starting Month drop box. It defaults to the current month (October at the time of this posting) rather than January 2013 which would make more sense.
Try not to buy anything from cafepress without a coupon. There's ALWAYS tons of coupons scattered around the web. Couponchief always has some working ones.
And that's it! I'll get some pix of my test calendars up shortly.
awesome, thanks so much for doing this again Adam!
It was my pleasure! And it was really a selfish project. I just wanted a calendar to put on my office wall!
Hell yeah! Thanks you Adam!
Also, I had no idea we had so many photographers on this forum! Great pictures everyone!
CART1016 is today's coupon code to save 20%. It worked for me. The code format seems to be CARTmmdd where mm is the month and dd is the day.
Cafepress shit the bed again. They decided my images violate the copyright held by whoever revlimiter.net is. They're not allowing any of my stuff to be sold. I'm pretty fucking fed up with them.
Setting up another supplier right now.
For some reason the links aren't working for me. It takes me to the page but then I don't see the calendars there to buy..

The good news: I already made Zazzle-sized templates for all the pix. I also got them uploaded and sorted into calendars. And as the cherry on top, Zazzle was a TON easier to use. I'm confident this one will work.
The bad news: The stuff will take about 24 hours to appear.

Zazzle has a ton of coupons. I used code CALENDARTIME to get my test print calendars for 25% off. This code will work until 11/27/12. Current zazzle coupons are all listed here.
