all of my friends are doing keto. they all lost so much weight in weeks. its actually scary. i am 100% convinced that keto is fricken godly. my girlfriend started doing it as well and shes just eats bacon all day and drowns her eggs in bacon fat. the amount of filth all my friends eat now is appalling.
well im down to 201 according to the scale @ 24 hour fitness... i guess ill put off muscle toning for a while.
I can't wait to see how this goes. Doing this during the holiday season is hilarious.
It will keep over eating to a minimum. I hope.

Yeah, God forbid we over eat all those delicious free leftovers. Let's buy all kinds of new shit I never had to buy before so I can lose weight. Cause if I work out how I wanted to (not like that gonna happen), then I'll gain muscle mass. And just like last time I thought about doing this, I will stay the same weight while my fattiness goes away. But then, even if I'm down below a 36 waist and wearing medium shirts, your bullshit BMI will say I'm a fat bastard. But hey, I'm not complaining.
