Greetings and Salutations from East Tennessee!
Hello fellow Miata owners/enthusiasts!
I'm not even sure what to say to begin, but I guess I'll start with this:
I, Anthony, am a proud recent owner of a '99 Silver Miata named "Mimi." We've been together for a little over a year now, and so far, she's everything I could ask for and more. She was purchased from a (shady) small used car lot in immaculate condition; a gem in a pile of poo. I have always been "mechanically inclined" so transitioning to a Miata was easier than pie. I use this car as a daily driver, but also as a lets-escape-the-world-and-drive-with-the-top-down-into-the-sunset pleasuremobile. I absolutely LOVE going to nearby functions and car meets to see what others are capable of and get lost in endless Miata chatter. My vision for Mimi is to be a respectable naturally aspirated weekend warrior/drifter. I'd love to finally get involved in an active Miata community and contribute what limited experience and advice I have. I guess I'll end my post here and look forward to participating!
