Ordered a set of HSD Duel Tech Coilovers from Driftworks and fitted them today and sure wasnt gonna let the Snow stop me, suprisingly didnt take long at all. The longest part was making sure they all sat level

This looked awesome, but far too impracticle for the british roads

Also grabbed a photo of the new labels for the centre console

Trying out Flickr as Photobucket is being silly, its not too bad. Just a pain copy and pasting the img links

I thought the bottom left one said, "Large Rock". I'm gonna say it a million times more, your car is incredibly bad ass.

Very true, luckily it didnt stay that low for too long

Took the car out to help bed the coilovers in on Maximum Soft. Found out i cant even park up a curb Thats the scrape marks you can see. Raised the rears 10mm and theres more clearance now, hopefully enough to have it driveable again

Went to Norfolk Arena for the monthly drift practice. First time skidding properly since the car has been turbo'd. The day started off sodding wet with a very muddy track. Didnt take long to get back into the swing of things

The sun came out, track dried out and i was improving alot! First time i had linked the track several times, things were going well!

    Until....

I spun out on the Kidney, facing the opposite way. BMW comes round the corner, luckily spotting i had spun so he slows down and straightens up. THEN he decides to clutch kick and hit me :/

The car wasnt running right, found out that the Throttle Position Sensor had lost both its screws and air was getting in. Borrowed a screw from something else and it cured it. I rejoined the que and carried on skidding till 5pm,then it was home time

Wasnt a bad day in the end, could have been worse. Could have been a rear 1/4

Door still opens (just) and locks

Here are some photos courtesey of Mark Callf Photography. Give him a look and a LIKE

I'll be repairing the damage and giving it a lick of paint It'll be more cost effective to do it this way rather then buying another car and swapping it

Had my F1 Racing Stage 3 clutch arrive from the States today Not bad considering i ordered it last Thursday evening!

Looks like you had a lot of fun! Well, except for the damage.

    No helmets?

Ballin so hard in those pictures. Glad you are fixing it, seems way more cost effective. Make sure to tell us how the new clutch performs. Those F1 clutches are cheap as hell.

Believe its time for an update ;)

By no means is this perfect, still needs work to finish it I know its not a ££££ respray, but for a repair cost of £100 i cant grumble (minus the Carbon Fibre of course)

Still got a couple of other bits to fit, will update as soon as they're fitted

Did you paint that!? It looks AWESOME!

I didn't think your car could get cooler. But, it did.

Please share the details on the repaint and carbon fiber.

Im not usually a fan of any unpainted CF unless the car is black or dark grey so it isnt noticeable, but I cant help digging this. What are the holes in the front bumper for?

The holes in the front bumper is to help get more air into the Intercooler

Oh ok, sweet. Love seeing functional details like that, hate seeing stupid mods just for the sake of the look. I was pretty sure the latter wasnt at all your style, glad I was right
