The brand is T-HORN Racing Sports. Fit's in a nardi wheel but I don't know if it would be secure in one, so that's up to you to figure out.

Never heard of T-Horn R but it's identical looking to Tenzo R. Only found a couple of these wheels so it should definitely fit these styles:

That's pretty cool.. Lol this horn button fits in the nardi and the Momo. The Momo horn buttons fall straight through the nardi wheels, tho.
