    Remember when cars had no seatbelts or at least came with just lap belts?

    Never mind. That's like asking if anyone remembers when AOL swamped our physical mailboxes with free, "sign up" CDs.

    After I was born I was taken home from the hospital on my mom's lap in the front seat of an early 60s Beetle. Super safe!
