I've got a lot less horsepower - luckily they are Japanese horses - usually in better shape and more motivated.

I received the first set of pre-production center caps last weekend and started painting them. Since they're 3d printed, the surface is rough, unlike injection molded plastic, so they're taking a bit of extra time to prep with layers of filler primer and silver paint. I just finished wet sanding the first two coats of silver paint, and over the next couple of days I will be applying two more coats of silver paint, wet sanding again, then adding clearcoat. After they cure, I'll be applying the center cap decals that Adam sent me and will post pictures of them mounted on my Mazda 2.
Marc is in the process of researching fabrication costs in both plastic and cnc aluminum (in between releasing more awesome ND stuff), so we're making progress on that front as well.

Sweet! If/when the 14" caps are available, I will have to grab a set.

The minimal cap design fits the RPF1 perfectly. Well done sir!

After seeing these pics, I am leaning more and more towards keeping the 14s and getting rid of the 15s.
They will be available, given time, though I'm not sure if they'll go full production like the 15" version due to costs and demand. It's not hard to DIY the 3d printed versions, just time-consuming. This was 2 coats of filler primer, 2 coats silver paint, wet sand, 2 coats silver paint, wet sand, 2 coats silver paint, 2 coats clear coat.
I don't suppose I can borrow one of your 14's for test fitment can I? lol
And your badges fit the caps perfectly! Thank you sir!
For a free set of caps? As long as you pick up and drop off, anytime. But seriously, I would not have a problem with that. I have a second set of wheels to roll on for a bit.

I drive right through RDU to visit my folks in VA, maybe we can work something out. Might be easier just to ship you lo-res testing models.

That could work also.
