This is everything you need to switch over to manual steering on your NB. It includes the de-powered rack, the bracket and pulley that replace the pump (so you can keep your AC), and a new Gates belt of the proper size. All of this has around 250-300 miles and one autocross on it.
I had this on the car for less than a month before it was totaled (Struck down by the 10AE curse). My impressions in that short time were that I liked the feedback. There was a much better transmission of 'road feel'. The steering in parking lot maneuvers was heavier that with the power steering, obviously, but nothing that wasn't doable.
I did do the one autocross mentioned above on this set up. It was precise and communicative. The car was a hoot to drive with this set up. I was running slicks and was still able to get around the grid.
If you have every wanted to try manual steering (and get a couple ponies back by getting rid of the parasitic power steering pump) this is the way to do it. If it turns out to not be for you, just put your original rack and pump back in, no harm-no foul.
I'll let this go for SOLD.
