Thanks guys, I still can't believe the deal I got this car for.

And now, to address the clutch, which I knew was gone, and the reason the seller sold the car so cheep.

When I first put the car on the lift, I removed the rubber shift fork boot and pulled out a bunch of clutch threads/material, thinking that the rear main seal had been leaking and soaked the clutch disc, which then made the clutch disc come apart.

Yup, just what was expected. There was no clutch material left. What a freaking mess!

And now for the new parts!

And lots of clean up/degreaser/brake fluid

New-ish (clean) flywheel because the old one was scored badly.

    And mounted up.

    And, aligned.

    And greased.

And reassembled... super easy, as all the bolts HAD NO RUST!

    And driven! She drives again!

She starts right, and purrs like a kitten. I didn't get to really drive/drive her yet, cause it's not registered.

    Soon, soon.

    More cleaning and more maintenance.

I'm amazed at how clean the inner fender are. These had 2lbs of dirt and leaves in there.

And this... SOLID RUST FREE ROCKERS!!!

Then there was a crudely wired kill switch removal.

And the new (unbroken) rear finish panel.
