    I think I've found the oil leakage

    Before I went to COPs I was replacing this "O" ring once a year.
    I eventually found the ones made of Viton at McMasters http://www.mcmaster.com/#o-rings/=10weqj5
    Sorry I forget the actual size. But they NEVER leaked again. Had to buy a pack but only used 1. They make great gifts to those in need

    CAS o-ring is a dealer item where the valve cover gasket they want $53 but auto part shop only want $23... 90Plus if you remember that size I'll be set

    go to a local hydraulic store with your CAS. ask for a Viton o-ring. they have all the sizes avaiables. order one for 4-5 bucks problem solved.

    FYI, I did this mod in my VVT solenoid a while back, for reference see my build thread.
