It's nice to see a black interior with the wood bits. Too many folks with black interiors seem too afraid of mixing the wood in with black interiors, but it can look really nice (and appropriately retro), as your interior demonstrates.

I haven't checked out this thread in a while, I love it!

I've since added a set of Watanabe in a 15x7.5 et35 size. Took me about two years to assemble this set - two are from the UK, the other two were purchased one at a time from down under. They are identical other than being up to 20 years old and 10 years apart in manufacture. They were restored by glass blast, powdercoat in Champagne. Mounted with a sticky 195/55/15 BFG for a taller retro-esque look.

I love the way the color turned out. It shifts with the light and can be considered magnesium/gold/bronze etc all at the same time.

Here are some misc pics from my interior build. These are the test shots comparing my paint, leather and original LE plastics colors.

Compared the color shades indoors, outdoors, all over. It was a ton of work.

I wound up spraying these two colors simultaneously - they mixed in the air and on the surface - to get the right shade of red. Sounds dumb but it worked amazing and repeated every time.

I need to start a build (built?) thread somewhere. The center console is currently apart again, blacking out the stainless console panel and adding some P-lights (instrument lights) to the timers.
