did mine at mt. sac... but that was 3-4 years ago... not sure about the prices now... but (idk if others are like this as well tbh) they provide bikes you can ride. When the course is done you actually take your riding test there at the school lot. Then when you pass that, all you do is take the written at the DMV

i went to Ride Rite in Corona. i think it was like 150 if ur under 21... it goes up after that. did it in 2 days. its cake. get the cert, take dmv written, receive license.
