Its honestly a pretty dramatic difference. If I came over to IN and walked into a similar position I am in here I would be taking about a $25k pay decrease.

Well I am sure your taxes are lower.....our housing market is low here, but yours maybe lower. You saw my house, it was built new in 2006 and has about 1 acre of property and we paid $178k for it. Similarly priced houses in the downstate area/within 1-2 hours of NYC are upwards of $500k. LOL.

It's likely that the same house here would be $100k or less.
But jobs don't pay for shit here. I wouldn't move from CNY to Indy if i were to do it all over again. (Yes, i'm from CNY)
