They have to do something in Fl. No state inspection means people can get away with driving anything until they get caught. I lived in Orlando for 10 years and could tell local cops didn't pay much attention to what you drive. My same car in MA will NEVER pass an inspection.

Been doing this in Australia for years.... & sometimes I think that driving a modified car to the police they think the automotive enthusiast is a easier target. Because catching real criminals like drug dealers & burglars is a hard task!
