96 Montego, replacing a 95M... I miss: My running peeps in Tampa, running barefoot @ Clearwater Beach and First Choice BBQ, in Brandon. In So Cal I miss: The Malibu Canyons, CA 33 and In & Out Burgers ! I'm from Tampa, if I was from Tampa Bay, I'd be a fish!
I did vote, and I have entered, but I go through so many Miatas, I forget which one I have at the moment, I think its a great idea, and everyone should just enjoy this forum and all the enthusiasts here, MOTM is just an added perk of the site!

I entered MOTM for shits and giggles. Nothing more. I haven't seen my car since August (that includes updated pics), so it was long shot anyway.
Is there going to be a contest this month??
I think part of this may be due to how many members joined the site when everyone was just getting started here. How many of those 3000 are active members?
I did vote, but a lot of the time I'll see a thread with a poll on tapatalk and I'm not able to vote until I get on the pc, which is kind of rare.
Well said, I agree.
not that i really care what others think, and ure right as long as i like it,thats what matters.just wondering cause i went to miatapalooza i took alot of pictures and congratulated alot of people about their cars, but knowone took a pic of mine, just wondering if it was the ugly duckling or what?great show by the way.as far as my whats first and whats second,i was born to colombian parents raised in ft lauderdale, makes me bilingual, brings out the bling bling in me.grew up with rock and roll and smoked and skip alot of classes that explains my grammar, lol but over all im a great guy, with lots of toys,i love AMERICA. YEEEHAWWWW,working on flipping this miata(its hard) lol LIVE AND LET LIVE. whens the next gathering?
MOTM = KISS
I liked the random drawing, so everyone that entered had a fair shot. Again, have a random drawing strengthens the community as opposed to alienating all but the ones with the deepest pockets. Am I going to invest my time into a contest that I KNOW I'm not going to win? I would love to get my car up there in the anal-z of Mazda Roadster's MOTM winners, but my only chance is if it goes back to color cars, or BRG cars.
Your car, do it your way, and you will always be happy.

^ Yeah, lottery style! Wasabi is right!

I was talking to Steven before about the MOTM and I had even mentioned doing the lottery again but maybe giving out a MR.net T-shirt. Hell, if I didn't win one of the lotteries before, I would have loved a T-Shirt. Just a suggestion because honestly, this is the only site I frequent and participate in now. The atmosphere around here is a lot different and mellow than the other forums. I would love to help keep this site going.
I personally believe MOTM is important. We all really care about and take pride in our cars, it is nice for some to get recognition. I do enjoy the idea of a lottery more, and it provides some people a chance to have money to put towards our awesome sponsors.
1-Get racelands
2-slam car
3-get expensive ass jdm wheels
4-???
5-win all the "car shows"
DO NOT TAKE AWAY MOTM!!
I'M trying to win motm somewhere!
So is the contest more about a single shot of the car that you think shows it nicely, or is it multiple shots, details of what's been done (or not)? I looked in the "General Q&A thread" and saw this entry "Phat has posted the rules. The wait is over. Click." but I saw no link to click for the rules, however.
