*Please help me out:

I have a stack of orders and a list of received payments I'm trying to reconcile from three different forums. However, some of you have unconfirmed addresses therefore, PayPal doesn't list anywhere to ship to.

Then I'm stuck re-reading tons of PMs on different forums, some of which are deleted because my box was full. My shoddy memory doesn't help with who paid for what and if they included their ship-to address. Even if we're good friends and it seems like I should remember our conversation, remember that I'm talking to lots of other good folks so details get lost.

This is very frustrating and really adds to the delay because when I get home at night, the last thing I have energy to do is a forensic investigation between PayPal and PMs from all these forums. I may recognize your forum name but when I get a PayPal from an unfamiliar real name and no address, I have to start from scratch to find out who you are, what you bought and where to send it to. I've had to unpack and repack twice already because I got mixed up.

So please, use the Notes section in PayPal to tell me what you're paying for and if you know your PayPal is unconfirmed, PLEASE give me your address in the notes section as well. It would handy to have your forum name too. Last, don't just send an impromptu payment until we've finalized a deal because: 1. Shipping isn't free and 2. I have to start over and find out what's it's for.
